Baytotia is a Saudi platform that gives home businesses and productive families (أسر منتجة) their own online shop — in Arabic first, ready for mada and card payments, and simple enough to run from a phone.
What we do
Each family gets a storefront with its own link to share on WhatsApp, Instagram or Snapchat. Customers pick a pickup or delivery time, pay by card or cash, and the family manages every order, product and payout from one dashboard.
Order hours, daily capacity, lead times and allergen labels are built in, because home kitchens work differently from restaurants.
Who sells
Every shop on Baytotia is run by an independent seller who prepares and sells their own products. Baytotia provides the technology, the storefront and the payment connection; the seller is responsible for what they sell.
How we earn
Shops start free. We take a commission on the merchandise value of orders paid online, and offer paid plans with a lower commission and extra tools. Current prices are always on our pricing section.
